Dean of Students
Dear Parents and Students,
As we begin another school year, I want to take a moment to welcome our new families to our community and thank our existing families for all their support over the years. I am very much looking forward to beginning this year by bringing all of our students back to campus in a safe way. I have no doubt that our students will accomplish many great things this year and I am excited to see what the next few months have in store for our community.
The Dean of Students’ office is responsible for many day-to-day facets of life at Holy Angels, such as keeping attendance records, managing the Magnus Health program, working alongside the Athletic Director to oversee our athletic program, and the safety and security of our community. The Dean’s office is also responsible for aspects of student life outside of the classroom, such as supervising over 90 different clubs and activities where our students can challenge themselves to try something new, learn how to become a leader, or practice a new skill just for fun. While lessons in the classroom are very important, at Holy Angels, we want our students to have every opportunity to be well rounded and by offering this vast array of extra curricular activities, the students are bound to find something that speaks to them.
The Academy of the Holy Angels is a place where young women learn to be empowered and resilient; where they create long-lasting friendships and where, with hard work and determination, they overcome obstacles and achieve success. Our mission is to educate the whole person. We want our students to be academically successful but also strong, happy, resilient, and compassionate persons. Each day, we integrate the teachings of the School Sisters of Notre Dame into our lessons and programs and hope that our students take these teachings out into the world with them, never forgetting that they will always have a home at Holy Angels.
I look forward to meeting you throughout your time at Holy Angels and appreciate your support as we begin another school year together.
Sincerely,
Mrs. Andréa Beyer
