Ariela has her sights set on Broadway! She appreciates the opportunities AHA has provided for her to fortify her leadership and acting skills. This versatile performer, who is also a talented vocalist and dancer, has already garnered a host of awards and nominations for her performances at AHA and beyond. She recently received the Metropolitan High School Theater Award for Best Supporting Actress in a Musical for her portrayal of Yonah in the AHA production of “Children of Eden.” Not surprisingly, Ariela is president of the AHA Thespian Honor Society, the Drama Club, and DIY for a Cause, a club she founded. In addition to coordinating the school’s talent show, Ariela participates in AHA’s many dramas and musicals. She is also a member of the chorus that is based at Saint Joseph’s Regional High School and is active with Stage Door Manor, a performing arts sleep away camp held during the summer. Ariela shares her singing talents with the elderly residents of the Lillian Booth Actors Fund Home and is consistently named to the AHA Honor Roll for her academic achievements.
“My goal is to be on Broadway and all of the arts classes and shows at AHA have allowed me to grow as an actress. . .Having so many opportunities being able to do both shows at AHA and SJR (Saint Joseph’s Regional High School) has allowed me to meet so many amazing people.”
