Angelic Evening is our annual social event and fundraiser, proudly hosted by the AHA’s Parents’ Guild. It’s an elegant affair that helps support AHA’s mission and programs. The event features a cocktail hour, sit-down dinner, live band and dancing, and both silent and live auctions. Every ticket purchased and bid placed directly contributes to educational opportunities and scholarships for students! For more general information, please check out our FAQ below!
This year, we will be honoring the School Sisters of Notre Dame in celebration of the 190th anniversary of their founding and in gratitude for their 145 years of service and sponsorship of AHA.
Angelic Evening is an event for the entire AHA community to come together and celebrate our school. In addition to our current and past parents, faculty and staff, we hope to see many alumnae there. Please contact the Alumnae Relations office to help organize your table.

What is Angelic Evening?
Angelic Evening is an annual social event and fundraiser sponsored by AHA’s Parents’ Guild. You’ll enjoy a sumptuous cocktail hour, sit-down dinner, live band & dancing and silent & live auctions. This year it will take place on Friday, April 12, 2024 at The Edgewood Country Club in River Vale, NJ.
Who should attend?
Although there are often student volunteers and performers present, this is an adult only (21+) event. All parents, guardians and friends are encouraged to attend, as are parents of students planning to attend Holy Angels in the future. You will see many AHA administrators, Board of Trustee members, School Sisters of Notre Dame, alumnae, faculty members and coaches. Both Middle and Upper School families are encouraged to attend.
My significant other cannot attend. Shall I still consider coming?
Yes, we’ll seat you with other guests from your daughter’s class or sports team, or other area of interest.
What is the ticket price?
The price to attend is $200 per person and it includes a sumptuous cocktail hour, dinner, a live band and dancing. (You will not receive physical tickets and need only give your party name when you check in). There is an option to purchase a Table Sponsorship for ten guests at the reduced price of $175 per person. These sponsorships will be available only until March 15th. There are additional sponsorship options that include seats, journal ads and special recognition.
Is there assigned seating, and if so, how are tables arranged?
Yes! Simply indicate your seating preferences when you register, or email your requests to [email protected]. We regret that this may not be possible for last minute registrants but we will do our very best to accommodate you.
I don’t know other parents at AHA. Should I still attend?
Absolutely yes!! If you like, we can seat you with parents of your daughter’s class or sports team or with neighbors from your town. Simply indicate that information on your ticket order when you register.
What is the dress for Angelic Evening?
While this is not a formal affair, smart business or cocktail attire is suggested.
Is this event a fundraiser?
Yes – this year’s proceeds will be directed to our Scholarship & Financial Aid programs. Thank you for your support.
I can’t attend – how can I support the event?
There are many ways you can support this event. Please consider donating an item from our Gift Registry. It is fast and easy and your gift will be mailed directly to the school. You can make a financial donation toward your daughters’ class basket. Funds collected will be used to purchase an item for our silent auction. You can also take a chance in our Winner’s Choice Raffle where the winner will choose on of four exciting travel prizes. Non-attendees may also participate remotely by bidding on the silent auction baskets.
