AHA Hosts Upbeat Open House

The Academy of the Holy Angels recently welcomed future ninth graders and their families to a well-attended, upbeat Spring Open House.

Guests enjoyed personalized tours of AHA’s collegiate-style, 25-acre campus, and had plenty of questions for their guides – the Academy’s knowledgeable Angel Ambassadors.

Angel Ambassadors Francesca and Eva teamed up for an informative, upbeat campus tour during Spring Open House.

Families learned about AHA’s award-winning, nationally-recognized STREAM curriculum, which infuses STEM with art and religion; service opportunities available through Campus Ministry; and AHA exclusives, including the Oxford Study Abroad Program, a bespoke course in critical thinking and public speaking.

Future Angels chatted with current students who are involved in everything from sports to the performing arts.

One family expressed appreciation for the murals Angels in AP Studio Art have painted onto the walls throughout the building. Their daughter, who is involved in cross-country and dance, was particularly pleased to meet the co-captains of AHA’s World Champion dancers!

Established by the School Sisters of Notre Dame in 1879, AHA is the oldest private girls’ school in Bergen County. While AHA is steeped in Catholic tradition, this prestigious school serves young women from many cultural and religious backgrounds.
