All students must register with FACTS. There are five payment plan options available:

Monthly (10-Month Plan): Tuition is divided into 10 payments, due July through April of the academic year.

Monthly (11-Month Plan): Tuition is divided into 11 payments. Families who select this option will have both the
second student billing fee and the first tuition payment due in June.

Quarterly: Tuition is divided into 4 payments due in July, October, January, and April.

Semi-Annually: Tuition is divided into two payments due in July and January of the academic year.

Pay in Full: Payment in full is due in July.

Applications are still being accepted for the Class of 2030. Applications are reviewed as they are received, and eligible awards are granted on a rolling basis until available funds are exhausted. Beginning March 15, applicants must submit their 2025 Federal Tax Return and W-2 forms. Notification of Financial Aid, Merit Awards and any other financial offerings will be sent from the Finance Office.

Please note: Financial aid awards are determined separately each year, and families must submit a new application
annually.

FACTS Online Application

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Federal Tax Returns: Copy of your 2025 Federal tax return, including all supporting tax schedules, W-2s, 1099s, and documentation of all income earned.

Additional Income Documentation: Copies of any supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

Separated/Divorced Parents: Both parents must submit their complete documentation independently.

TO UPLOAD DOCUMENTS:

• Files must be less than 20 MB each
• Supported file types: PDF, JPEG
• Supported image orientation: Vertical

• All Student families must apply for financial aid through FACTS Grant & Aid to be eligible for the 2026-2027 academic year, even if you have filed in previous school years.

• You must file every year for consideration.

• The Online 2026-2027 Financial Aid Application is available and requires your 2025 Federal

  Tax Return.

• Deadline to apply is March 15, 2026.

• Applications received on or before March 15 will take priority and will receive notification of

  eligibility in May.

• The Financial Aid Committee will review applications received after March 15, until all funds

  are exhausted. Notifications will be sent as the Financial Aid Committee decides eligibility.

This scholarship is named in honor of Mother Caroline Friess, SSND who led the School Sisters of Notre Dame to the United States in 1847. This 4-year scholarship is for students entering grade 9 who have demonstrated excellence on the 8th grade academic record and on the Upper Level SSAT or HSPT.

All applicants are automatically considered for a Mother Caroline Scholarship during application review.

Accepted students who are awarded a Mother Caroline Scholarship will receive written notification from the Finance Office in mid-January. Mother Caroline Scholarship recipients must maintain a yearly average of 90%.

Reflecting our commitment to empower each young woman to reach the fullness of her potential, we are pleased to offer the following award opportunities to celebrate student talent and passion. Each award is a renewable $2,000 award granted at the freshman application year only. Applicants are limited to one award submission per student.

Leadership Award: Outstanding leadership in the area of service to others.
Spirituality and Service Award: Outstanding humility and compassion in serving others.
Fine Arts Award: Demonstrated excellence in art.
Instrumental Award: Demonstrated excellence in music performance.
Choral Award: Demonstrated excellence in vocal performance.

Each year scholarships are awarded to 10th-12th graders in memory of our foundress, Sister Mary Nonna Dunphy. Students are invited to apply for this scholarship based on their academic record and faculty recommendation. These partial scholarships are awarded on academic excellence, leadership, character, service and an interview with the scholarship committee.

The Scholarship Fund for Inner City Children

THE APPLICATION PERIOD FOR 2026-2027 AWARDS WILL BE OPEN ON FEBRUARY 1, 2026

Parents/Guardians of students from low-income families currently or planning to enroll in a Newark Archdiocesan school (Catholic Schools within Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties) are eligible to apply. Visit the SFIC Parent Portal for detailed information by following this link. 

Tri-County Scholarship Fund

 For residents of Passaic, Morris & Sussex Counties
Applications are processed through the FACTS Financial Aid Portal, please be sure you have checked off the Tri-
County Application box on the application. The scholarship application process for the 2026/2027 school year is currently open and families can apply at online.factsmgt.com/aid. The deadline for applications is February 15, 2026. All applicants must apply each year.

Columbus Citizens Foundation Scholarship

These four-year scholarships are available to students entering their freshman year of high school or college who meet the following eligibility requirements: Italian heritage (25% minimum), financial need (see application for specifics), academic excellence, and service to school and community. Families should explore additional civic organizations for scholarship opportunities, including but not limited to (eg. Rotary Club, Knights of Columbus, Elks Club); local depository banks, parents’ employers, places of worship awards, etc.
