Important Information for All Returning Students

Your third tuition payment is due in September.

To begin the 2026–2027 school year, student accounts must be current, including student billing fees and July and August tuition payments.
Important Information for the Class of 2030 and New Transfer Students

If your daughter has received a scholarship from an organization outside of AHA, please send the payment directly to the Finance Office, Attention: Jeanette Carrier.

Once the payment is received, a credit will be applied to your current FACTS Agreement.

The Finance Office is open Monday through Friday. Please make an appointment before visiting to ensure that someone is available to assist you.

FACTS Tuition Management Payments:
If you are requesting a payment date change or adjustment, please contact AHA Student Billing three (3) business days prior to the date of remittance.

Funds for tuition payments must be available two (2) business days prior to the scheduled FACTS remittance date.
