Welcome Back!

Important for ALL Students — your third tuition payment is due in September.

Important for the Class of 2027 and new Transfer Students

  • If your daughter has received a Non-AHA Scholarship award, please send the payment directly to the Finance Office, Attention: Student Billing. A credit will be applied to your current FACTS Agreement once payment is received.

The Finance Office is open Monday through Friday. Please make an appointment with the Finance Office before visiting to ensure that someone is available to assist you.

FACTS Tuition Management Payments:

If you are requesting a payment date change or adjustment, please contact AHA Student Billing three (3) business days prior to the date of remittance.

Email Student Billing and indicate URGENT FACTS Payment Request in the subject line.

Funds for tuition payments must be available two (2) business days prior to the scheduled FACTS remittance date.
