Upper School Tryouts

All Sports Clearance Forms must be submitted online. Complete Physical must be submitted to the Health Office before students will be permitted to try out. Students will not be permitted to try out without clearance from the Health Office. Information on how to submit all forms using the Magnus SMR can be found here.

Additional information on our sports programs can be provided by our Varsity Coaches or by our Athletic Director.
