AHA Students Shine in National World Language Exams

 

Holy Angels students once again showcased their exceptional talent and dedication to language study by earning top honors in the 2025 National World Language Exams. These prestigious assessments—administered by the American Association of Teachers of French, Italian, Latin, and Spanish & Portuguese—took place this past March and April and measure students’ proficiency in reading comprehension, interpretive communication, and cultural knowledge.

 

Performance across all four languages was impressive, and the World Languages Department is proud to recognize this incredible achievement. In total, dozens of Angels earned medals or special commendations for their outstanding scores.

 

A few standout students in Italian were awarded cash prizes for their top scores: Alessandra Boncaldo, Sofia Petriello (Level 4), Mina Puma (Level 3), and Sofia Bartoli (Level 2).
