Official transcripts are issued to students and parents upon request, free of charge, during high school years through the Academic and College Counseling Office.

Official Transcript requests are free of charge and processed within 3-5 business days. Click here for a copy of our transcript release form.

FDU Middle College Program Transcripts are issued directly from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ. Please click here to obtain your transcript.

There is a $20 processing fee for Graduation Verifications. Fill out the form below for payment, and email both your Company’s Request Form along with the Student’s Signature Release to [email protected].
