Angels Gain Real-World Inspiration at Harvard’s BOLD Conference

Five Holy Angels students spent this past weekend at Harvard University for the BOLD Conference, an inspiring two-day event hosted by Harvard University Women in Business (HUWIB) to empower young women interested in future careers in business. Angels Kaitlyn Zheng ’26, Tia Sadhwani ’26, Zaara Sadhwani ’26, Hannah George ’28, and Lizbeth George ’28 joined students from across the country for a series of fireside chats, keynotes, panels, and hands-on workshops.

The BOLD Conference is HUWIB’s signature high school event, designed to educate and inspire young female leaders. Throughout the weekend, attendees explored a wide range of industries, including beauty, sustainability, entrepreneurship, fashion, finance, hospitality, journalism, marketing, retail, social media, sports, technology, and entertainment. The robust programming offered students the chance to build practical business, organizational, and communication skills that they can immediately apply to future academic and professional endeavors. The keynote speakers included influencer Mikayla Nogueira, beauty industry innovator Jenny Frankel, and May Chen-Contino, CEO of a cybersecurity solution company.

Kaitlyn reflected on the impact of the experience, sharing, “I appreciate that we have the opportunity to start our careers early, build connections, and get prepared! I’m excited to expand on my newfound knowledge through practical action.”

Holy Angels is proud of Kaitlyn, Tia, Zaara, Hannah, and Lizbeth for representing our community with curiosity, ambition, and enthusiasm. Their experience at Harvard’s BOLD Conference reflects AHA’s mission to empower young women to lead with confidence, think boldly, and pursue their passions with purpose.
