Middle School Running Club
The Middle School Cross Country and Track & Field Clinics invite students to discover the joy of running and competing in a supportive, team-focused girls’ running club. In the fall, the Cross Country Clinic helps athletes build endurance, pacing strategies, and proper form through group runs, drills, and team-building activities. In the spring, the Track & Field Clinic introduces a variety of events, including sprints, middle-distance running, relays, and more, with an emphasis on skill development, technique, and sportsmanship. Both girls’ running club clinics run for 6–7 weeks and are designed to instill confidence, fitness, and a lifelong love of athletics.
Coaches create a positive environment where every runner is encouraged to set goals, celebrate progress, and form friendships while learning the value of commitment and perseverance.
