Embarking on Our 146th Year

The Class of 2026 began their milestone year with the beloved Senior Sunrise Breakfast, gathering in the back parking lot to decorate their cars, enjoy breakfast together, and celebrate their “last first day” as Angels. For the first time, they proudly donned their senior cardigans, a cherished symbol of leadership and tradition at Holy Angels. Their excitement set a spirited tone for the year ahead.
As the seniors celebrated, a new journey began for our incoming students. The freshman class officially joined the Upper School, ready to embark on their high school experience, while our newest 6th graders took their first steps into the Middle School. Both groups were greeted warmly by the AHA community, excited to begin their own Angel stories.
The first day concluded with a beautiful school-wide Mass, where students, faculty, and staff gathered to pray, reflect, and set intentions for the year ahead. Led by our Director of Mission and Ministry, the liturgy introduced this year’s theme: “Let Virtue Be Your Way of Life.” Rooted in our school motto, Vitae Via Virtus, this theme will guide our community as we reflect on the Beatitudes and their call to live out virtue in our daily lives.
From the energy of the senior class to the fresh beginnings of our newest Angels, the opening of the school year highlighted the joy, unity, and spirit that define AHA. With academics, athletics, arts, and countless opportunities for growth on the horizon, the 2025-26 school year promises to be filled with achievement, friendship, and faith.
Welcome back, Angels—here’s to a year of excellence, virtue, and sisterhood!
