Priority Application Access
Academy of the Holy Angels students will gain priority access to the Undergraduate Admissions application for the Fall 2027 cycle. This will allow students to apply and receive a decision on an expedited timeline. This application will not operate within the capacity of Early Action or Early Decision, as we will still observe the rolling admissions timeline.
Application Fee Waiver
Academy of the Holy Angels students will gain access to an application fee waiver code that will be transversal across both Common Application and the Felician University application. This code will be unique to students of the high school and will remain active throughout the academic year.
Deposit Fee Waiver
Felician University will provide a deposit fee waiver to all students of Academy of the Holy Angels that plan to enroll at Felician. This fee waiver will be provided through direct consultation with the individual counselor within the Felician University Office of Admissions.
Automatic Acceptance
Students of Academy of the Holy Angels who are in strong academic standing and do not have any conduct-based holds will receive an automatic acceptance within the undergraduate program catalogue, outside of select programs with additional requirements (such as Nursing), as long as they maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA at the high school level. The list of excluded programs can be provided in its entirety, and it is subject to change as additional programs become available. This acceptance will be guaranteed as long as the applicant submits all necessary materials for application review.
Avoidance of Nursing Waitlist
Students of Academy of the Holy Angels who apply for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing will be automatically accepted, if they meet all Nursing requirements as outlined in our program catalogue. This acceptance will be guaranteed as long as the applicant submits all necessary materials for application review. As such, no waitlist will be in effect regardless of time of application for candidates who meet the requisites.
Honors Program
Students of Academy of the Holy Angels will be automatically included in the Honors Program and awarded an Honors Scholarship ($2,500 per annum) if they have maintained a 4.0 or higher GPA at the high school level. No additional Honors Program interview would be required. Students of Academy of the Holy Angels will be automatically invited to apply for, and subsequently interview for, an Honors Program seat, if they have maintained a 3.4 or higher GP A at the high school level. There will not be a deadline for applicants from Academy of the Holy Angels to apply for this, as long as the criteria is met and the student applies within the appropriate application cycle and term.
Priority Access to Campus Events
Students of Academy of the Holy Angels will be invited to participate in campus events such as Open House, Orientation, and Admitted Students Day at an earlier timeline, in order to ensure that spots can be secured for these campus-wide events.
Expedited Review Process
Student applicants that have completed all necessary requirements for application review will receive their decision from the Office of Admissions within an expedited timeline. From the point of application completion, students will receive a virtual decision letter,within one week. This will also detail their academic program, as well as include the academic award that they have been granted.
