The Addams Family Receives 7 Award Nominations!

The Academy of the Holy Angels’ celebrated theater program has once again earned recognition for excellence in high school musical theater, receiving multiple nominations from both the bergenPAC High School Musical Awards and “The Metros”, Metropolitan High School Theater Awards.

Holy Angels’ spring musical production of The Addams Family earned the following bergenPAC nominations:

• Best Production Set Design
• Best Sound Design
• Best Hair and Makeup
• Best Music Direction
• Best Actor – Female Identified Supporting Role: Ellie Finnegan

In addition, the production received two nominations from “The Metros”:

• Outstanding Achievement in Hair and Makeup Design
• Outstanding Dance Performance by a Female-Identifying Performer: Caitlin Liau

These nominations recognize the incredible talent, creativity, and dedication of Holy Angels’ student performers, musicians, technical crew, and production team. From the stage to behind the scenes, the production showcased the collaborative spirit and artistic excellence that continue to define the Academy’s theater program.

The winners of the bergenPAC High School Musical Awards will be announced on June 8, while “The Metros” award winners will be revealed on June 15.

The Academy of the Holy Angels’ theater program continues to provide students with opportunities to grow as performers, artists, and leaders while fostering confidence, creativity, and sisterhood both on and off the stage.
