Meet Gabrielle

Meet Gabrielle ’25 — Healer, Leader, Humanitarian

At the Academy of the Holy Angels, students are inspired to dream big, lead with heart, and prepare for lives of purpose. Gabrielle ’25 is a shining example of this mission in action.

An aspiring pediatrician, Gabrielle is both academically driven and spiritually grounded. She brings passion and persistence to everything she does, whether she’s learning clinical skills, connecting with patients, or guiding future Angels.

Gabrielle represented Holy Angels at the prestigious National Student Leadership Conference at Duke University, where she explored the world of medicine and healthcare in depth. She toured medical facilities, practiced essential procedures like suturing, worked on a public health media campaign, and studied the diagnostic process, gaining invaluable insight into life as a future medical student.

Her commitment to healthcare also shines through in her service at CareOne Nursing Home, where she built meaningful relationships with residents through music, games, and art. Gabrielle spent her days visiting residents with the daily paper, walking them through the halls, and assisting with meals, demonstrating both empathy and leadership in action.

At Holy Angels, Gabrielle dives deeper into her interests through active participation in Angels in Medicine, Operation Smile, and the Red Cross Club. Her desire to advocate for others also extends to her involvement in Equality Now, Light the Candle, the Black and Hispanic Cultural Society, and the American Sign Language Club.

As an Angel Ambassador, Gabrielle is a warm and knowledgeable representative of the AHA community. She welcomes prospective students and families at Angel for a Day, Showcase Day, and Open House, leads campus tours, and shares her personal experiences at school events, including Back to School Night and Graduation.

Beyond campus, Gabrielle participated in AHA’s International Night and volunteered with the PitCCh In Foundation’s Backpack Giveaway, expanding her reach as a global citizen and community advocate. With a heart for service and a mind for medicine, Gabrielle exemplifies what it means to lead with purpose and compassion.

Her journey is just beginning, and we can’t wait to see where her path takes her!

“Holy Angels has given me a true sense of community and spiritual fulfillment. I’ve built a lasting sisterhood and discovered the confidence to try new things, like choosing theater arts as my elective, which became one of my favorite classes. Between the friendships I made and the fun we had, it’s experiences like this that have helped me grow into the person I am today.”
