Happy New Year ~
Please note that your 7th monthly Tuition payment is due in January.
Students with past due accounts will not be permitted to sit for midterms beginning January 20 or
attend/participate in classes second semester beginning January 26.

Important Financial Aid Information – All Current Students

All Student families must apply for financial aid through FACTS Grant & Aid to be eligible for

the 2026-2027 academic year, even if you have filed in previous school years.
You must file every year for consideration.
The Online 2026-2027 Financial Aid Application is available and requires your 2025 Federal

Tax Return.
Deadline to apply is March 15, 2026.
Applications received on or before March 15 will take priority, and will receive notification of

eligibility in May.
The Financial Aid Committee will review applications received after March 15, until all funds

are exhausted. Notifications will be sent as the Financial Aid Committee decides eligibility.

FACTS Tuition Management Payments:

If you are requesting a payment date change or adjustment, please contact AHA Student Billing three (3) business days prior to the date of remittance.

Email Student Billing and indicate URGENT FACTS Payment Request in the subject line.

Funds for tuition payments must be available two (2) business days prior to the scheduled FACTS remittance date.

Finance Office Hours

The Finance Office is open Monday through Friday. Please make an appointment with the Finance Office before visiting to ensure that someone is available to assist you.
